Yes, but it depends on your target group!
The success of your website, e-shop or app depends to a large extent on your human-machine interface.
For every sales-oriented website, e.g. an online shop, the conversion rate provides information about the success.
That is, how many of the visitors convert to buyers or perform any other desired action.
In addition, it is measurable when customers buy morebecause they find faster and better what they are looking for and get additional purchase suggestions.
Find out in our usability test:
You save money by saving your customer service a lot of calls.
With information websites, good usability improves your image and makes your customers and prospects happier.
User Research
is mandatory in the usability engineering process for the implementation of a UX design – right from the start.
Expert check
Usability analysis by UX experts, performed on behalf of users, against the background of established usability rules (heuristics), walkthrough and experience with similar systems.
User tests
In the case of classic user usability tests, the methodological focus is on psychologically interviewing users, giving them tasks and observing them in their solution. With our UX Method before & after.
Online User Testing-UX (Remote Usability Test)
Users are also observed here, in their usual environment, usually at home. We look at what the test persons (not) do and conclude what this says about the application. near UX observations are about Details, e.g. how a particular user understands a particular property of a particular service (miss).
Online user videos (not moderated live)
You’ll see how users handle your application and you’ll hear “thinking loudly.” the Disadvantage here is that the user cannot be flexibly addressed in the test. However, the evaluation with concrete recommendations for optimization can be booked.
Online surveys
There can be difficulties with purely survey data, because many test subjects find it difficult to verbalize their intuition. For example, users (especially men) are reluctant to admit that they have usage problems.
Only if self-disclosure is the only way to get to the desired data, we use the method of questioning. e.g. for large online surveys about satisfaction with an offer or the perceived image & for securing qualitative data.
